Effective coaching pays attention to both individuals and to the teams in which they work.
Most of us ‘don’t know what we think until we hear what we say’. It is hard to frame a challenge clearly without a chance to think out loud.
In the real world, each situation is unique. Individual work may be the sole need and focus. The team or department may need time and attention. Naturally, conversations are confidential.
I coach individuals – particularly Leadership work – and teams. I’m also an Executive Coach with the Korn Ferry Hay Group, delivering coaching support at senior executive level across Government Departments.
I also have mediation experience: involving individuals, groups and organisations. I aim for long term collaboration rather than short-term reluctant compromise.
I use Gestalt techniques to help foster conversation, contact and mutual value.
